The Land Bank Partnership source, evaluate and negotiate the purchase of land and property on behalf of our retained clients and we have built a reputation for straightforward dealing and professionalism.
The Land Bank Partnership is owned by Eva Derrett and Tom Derrett, who have a great deal of experience in the property sector and who both take pride in giving excellent customer service.
We have established long relationships with an extensive network of builders, developers and landowners throughout the South West, as well as other professional bodies, allowing us to offer a complete service.
Membership of The Land Bank Partnership enables you to receive detailed information about land which matches your requirements.
Members receive an email alert as soon as new development opportunities are added to our portfolio. Members can then choose to receive further detailed information, site plans, architectural drawings and planning documents if they require further information.
For introducing and negotiating on investment and development opportunities our fee is 2% of the purchase price, (minimum of £1,500). This is only payable if you exchange contracts on the purchase of a site.
We offer a FREE service to the seller, we act independently and we are not tied to any particular developer.
