The Site

The Area
The site is in the village of Almondsbury where more modern ribbon development has been established, divided from the rest of the village which is clustered under Almondsbury Hill with views across the Severn. The village is dominated by St. Mary’s Church whilst offering pre-school and primary education as well as a local doctor’s surgery and dentist. The immediate area also has local shops and library, with a secondary school at nearby Henbury. Bristol City Centre is within easy commuting range, just 4 miles from the site. Bristol has all the amenities of one of England’s major Cities, including two Universities, another major shopping centre at Cabot Circus, excellent independent schools such as Q.E.H., Bristol Grammar School and Redmaids and Heritage Sites such as the Clifton Suspension Bridge as well as numerous cultural and sporting facilities.
Planning
The site has access to all main services including gas. A foul collection chamber will pump to a private foul sewer which drains to the west of the main house. We would advise potential purchasers to make their own enquires to clarify this prior to purchase.
Directions
Leave the M5 at J16. At Almondsbury roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A38. Arrive on Gloucester Road. The site is accessed from the north entrance of Severnridge, 31 Gloucester Road.
