Multiple Building Plot
Guide Price £500,000
A detailed planning consent has been granted to build two attractive semi-detached three- bedroom dwellings in a desirable rural village location. The houses will have the appearance of a barn-style construction to blend in with the location. The ground floor will have a storm porch, hallway, store room, living room, kitchen / dining area with bi-fold doors opening onto the garden, bathroom and two bedrooms. The first floor will have the third bedroom, en-suite, store room and laundry room. The gross internal area for each dwelling will be approximately 925sq.ft. The houses will have hardwood painted doors and windows, plain roof tiles, low eaves and a pitched roof. Solar panels are an option on the south-facing roofs. The walls will be of brickwork and hardwood cladding. As well as the rear garden there is additional amenity space to the front and side of the new houses and two parking spaces per plot. The houses will enjoy a private location with open countryside views.
The Site
The plot is level and is approximately 722sq.m. or 7770sq.ft. There is an existing barn that needs to be removed and some concrete and soil also. There is an existing access into the site and new driveways will branch off from this for each dwelling. A Topographical Survey and Ecological Survey have been completed.
