A range of individual building plots are now available for builders and self-builders on the south-western edge of Exmoor National Park. The following measurements are approximate gross internal area measurements. All the plots also have consent for garages. Plots 1 and 15 are 4 bed detached houses of 1076sq.ft. Plot 1 has open views to Exmoor and is £60,000. Plot 15 is also 1076sq.ft and £60,000. Plots 2 to 5 inclusive are 1270sq.ft and are 3/4 bed semi-detached houses. Plots 2 to 4 are available at £48,000 each and plot 5 at £53,000. These plots have open views to Exmoor. Plots 7 and 8 are 2 bed terraced houses, again with views, 710sq.ft each and available at £44,000 per plot. Plots 9 and 10 are 3 bed terraced houses, 883sq.ft each, available at £50,000 and £52,000 respectively. These also have views over Exmoor. The houses will also have gardens and a spacious feel being that the site is not over-developed The houses are designed with render, slate roofs, timber windows, doors and fascia’s to reflect the village setting. Each plot will be accessed from a newly constructed adopted road. All the plots are serviced which is an additional £25,000 per plot. This includes the infrastructure costs being the road, electricity to the plot, water and drainage to the plot, reduced levels ready for the foundations, structural engineering and civil engineering, warranties, drawings and Building Regs. This is stage one and plots can be purchased at this stage as described above. If further preparation of the house is required, then some or all of the following can also be provided.
