Summary
A detailed planning consent has been granted for a detached single storey two bedroom bungalow of approximately 940sq.ft close to the town centre and within the conservation area. The bungalow will provide a hall, sitting-room, kitchen and dining area, master bedroom with en-suite and a further bedroom and bathroom. The dwelling will also have a garden and on-site parking space for two cars. The bungalow will have natural stone to the external walls under a plain clay tiled roof.
The Site
The plot extends to approximately 0.0355 ha or 355 m2 with approximately 240 m2 as the developable area with the new dwelling occupying some 81m2 with a south-westerly outlook. The bungalow will sit to the north-east of the site. The existing access onto the plot is also shared by other residential properties and the garage on the left as you approach the plot also has a right of way over the access. The plot is over-grown and this will need to be removed and a fence erected to demarcate the site.
